No Biblical Peoples for me

Hi everyone - I need a little help. I've updated my software to 13a but it seems that I can't access biblical peoples. Can you guys look at my logs that are attached and see if I am fully updated. My indexer will not stop indexing as well. Thanks for your help.

Your logs don't have debugging logging enabled. See Item #6 in the FAQ link in my signature, then look at step #1 (the part about nlog.config). It's not really covered in the video exactly, but you need to copy the nlog.config in Joe Miller's original post to your ~/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Logging folder, then send your logs.

I believe there are some other posts of people having the same problems on the thread. There are 3 resources you need to have to make sure Biblical People works in your /Users/<your_user_id>/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/<some_user_id>/ResourceManager/Resources folder

If you don't have these three, then you won't get Biblical people.

I had a problem today when doing a search with Biblical People... it crashed.

Can't tell anything from the logs, but there are some memory leaks that can cause the app to crash with Biblical People. We're still working on it so let us know if you're still having problems in the next alpha.

They should be installed by default when you upgrade to or purchase Logos 4. Did you download Logos 4 or install from DVD?

I had Libronix 3 silver on PC, then installed L4 on my Mac via download, but did not upgrade or crossgrade. So maybe Biblical People will be disabled for me. If so, perhaps you could display a simple note informing the user he must upgrade to use this feature. Or better, just grey it out in the menu.

There will be a message in the upcoming alpha that mentions that you are missing one or more necessary resources and are unable to view biblical people, similar to what the Windows version displays.
