Jerome's 120th letter?

I was a bit surprised when I clicked on a link to Jerome's 120th letter and was led to this:

If I look to letter 1, for instance, it is the text of a letter. But what I find at 120 above looks more like an outline with comment perhaps from a modern editor (Schaff?). I am not a specialist of the NPNF or Jerome, so I don't know what's up with this. Can anyone help me with this?

Some of St. Jerome's other letters in Schaff (e.g., 119 and 121) also have only notes and not a translation, which is unfortunate.

It's Augustine on the Psalms were I keep running into Schaff condensation with no typological indication. It's the reason I gave my hardcopy of Schaff away before I had the Logos version.

Just to note that Select Letters does not include Letter 120. It (only) has 18 letters.
