Let's say I'm reading through Matthew and I end in Matthew 15, how do I get logos to start back up (when I come back and restart the program) showing Matthew 15 again?

It sounds as if you would benefit from saving it as a Layout and having Logos skip the Home Page and open directly to your Saved Layout – Tools>Program Settings>At Startup Open to>
No need to create a layout just for this. Select the "At Startup Open to" option of "Most recent layout - local". That will open up everything that you had open when shut down the application.
