No Hebrew Word Studies?

Last night at church service, I wanted to check the Hebrew for Jonah.  So I searched my library for "Hebrew" and then opened Biblia Hebraica Stuttgartensia.  Then I selected the first word of Jonah by holding my finger on the word, and selected "Info" from the pop up menu.  Then selected "Bible Word Study" from the next pop up menu.  The result- a semi blank page.  It has three grayed out boxes- Definition, Hebrew Words, Greek Words.  Nothing else, and no other options.

Now this forum, the very first post talks about how to report a bug.  It instructs us to go to the menu and scroll to bottom for "Help".  It seems those instructions do not apply to the new version, as Help is not listed at all in my menu (the three lines in the top left corner).

So there are two issues I have just reported.

I just found another issue.  Under the AFAT, when I choose "Preface" from the Contents, there is no information shown, it is blank.  The visual only starts with the Gen. 1 text, nothing before that.  Same thing with LHI, Title page, etc. is all blank.  You have to scroll down and eventually the only text shown is the Gen. 1 text, yet the Contents show Title Page, About this Version, Contents, Contributing Authors, Abbreviations & Symbols, then Hebrew listings.  But if I touch one of these choices, it takes me to a blank page with some gray horizontal lines that are spaced apart at various distances from each other.

Is this on Android or iOS?

Were you connected to the Internet when trying to do this?

Sorry, yes Android.  I have the Samsung Galaxy S7.  And yes, last night I was on Wifi, and right now I am on my service providers network.

This sounds as though you have the "Bible Text Only" Visual Filter enabled for these resources on the desktop - and the settings are syncing through to the mobile app

Strange. On my Galaxy S3 I get results (sorry I meant to post the two pictures below in the reverse order):

And I also get the Help option displayed at the top of the screen

    Well, that is helpful.

I see now the "Help" is in the top...whereas the instructions said the bottom.  I will use this feature to report.  I did have Bible Text only selected, but when I turned that off, it did not change my results.

Thank you for  your help Graham!
