Ante-Nicene Fathers: The Writings of the Fathers down to AD 325. 10 volumes.

I have Logos 6 Lutheran Platinum. I am interested in a product named: "Ante-Nicene Fathers: The Writings of the Fathers down to AD 325. 10 volumes". I cannot find this in my library and when I select a link to this product from other sources in my library, I receive the response that I don't have a license to view this resource.

This product is currently available for purchase on the website by individual volume or as a collection: "Early Church Fathers Protestant Edition (37 vols.)"

The website will not allow me to buy this product because it says I already own this product.

Any help would be appreciated.

Try using the update resources command. This should download any resource you own that isn’t on your computer.

The Lutheran Platinum does not include this series IIRC. What did you own before the Platinum? Is there any chance that you've had more than one id in Logos? Finally if you look at your purchase history on logos.com what base packages does it show you have purchased? I ask that rather than the series itself because Schaff is most frequently purchased as part of a base package.
