Offline navigation
When I am offline I am unable to navigate through offline books. Eg. I have ESV offline but when I have not wifi or cell service I cannot select a reference and go to it. I can scroll my current location but can't jump to anything. I have tried with several different offline Bibles with the same results.
iOS 11.2.2, iPhone 6
App is up to date.

Sorry to hear you are having problems.
I can't reproduce this but am aware it is the second report of this behaving in a couple of days - see https://community.logos.com/forums/t/158909.aspx for the other.
In that thread JT suggested removing the resource and downloading it again. Can you try that and see if it makes any difference?

Reinstalling the resource worked. Looks like it has happened to all the resources so I will have to reinstall them all.
