Can't bid on Community Pricing product
I got an email saying that my bid on Classic Commentaries and Studies on the Pastoral Epistles Upgrade (10 vols.) was too low - but when I go to try and increase it, the chart is greyed out and if I hover my mouse over I'm told that I already own it?

You should get in touch with Faithlife customer service and point this out. I was just able to bid $16. Since it is not even developed, there is not much chance that you already own it. The bidding will close on February 16. So you have a week to deal with this.

Thanks for letting us know about this! We're working on a fix so that this will not happen in the future. In the meantime, anyone who has bid on or ordered this product (or who bids on it before it goes under contract next Friday) will receive the lowest bidding price of $13.00.

Hi, I have tried to bid on this product and the other classic commentary product on colossians and philemon, but have never been able to place the bid. I suspect it was included in the complete classic commentary set I purchased. Can you verify the reason why I couldn't place the bids?

In the same boat, I thought it was because I got the complete classic set myself, but comparing the complete set with the upgrade and I figured it's not part of the complete set, but the products in question are still grayed out to me. 2 of them I bid on in 2014 but the 3rd is grayed out at $16 for me and there's not even a bid button, there's nothing.

Perhaps I misinterpreted, but I thought the winning bid was going to be $13. However, I just received an email telling me that my bid of $14 was not successful. I didn't bother changing it since I thought the final price had already been determined.
