Bug: LTW not being listed for lemmas
The Word by Word and the Lemma sections both produce a long list of lexicons, but Lexham Theological Wordbook is not being listed for lemmas it defines. See http://community.logos.com/forums/t/153320.aspx for original thread.

Update: Turned out to be a book issue. Kyle's team is aware and working on it. I can see their case load and it looks like they have pinpointed the issue and know what to do to fix it, and should issue an update as soon as it's ready.
Nine months later this is still not working. Any update?
