Lets add re: Communicate effectively, both with the customer base and internally. Run a squared-away team. Run releases in an effective manner, ensuring all modules of the release are coordinated and the communication tells customers what they need to know the first time.
Anything else??

Product marketing director, huh? That bad! People are always getting laid off or they leave mysteriously for some reason. FL wouldn’t even be the last place I’d consider for employment. Not even to clean their floors.

Nah, I wouldn’t even work for them either or WS for that matter 😁

Sometimes I think that I'd like to work on some of the store issues, such as automatically unbundling books from collections, but I think I'd get burnt out working on back end stuff every day.
Duolingo and Memrise are doing some interesting stuff with languages. I wish we had something better than the old flashcards app, to help us with Biblical Hebrew or Greek. We need something better to help learn verb conjugations and tenses.
I guess if I could choose something to work on, it would be to bring offline morphology/information tool/exegetical guide to mobile devices. So many powerful tools on the desktop platform, that are limited or unavailable for mobile (especially if not online).
I am envious of all the morphology data that isn't instantly available on mobile, and can't help but wonder if some other open source project will get there before FL.

Continuing in that vein, I'd really just want more answers on mobile. For example:
- At what points in Saul's reign did he prophesy?
- Which prophet(s) were a contemporary of a specific king?
FL possesses all this data. We should be able to integrate a timeline, concordance, and event navigator into some sort of interactive standalone app.
In a nutshell, working on some killer features for iOS apps would be interesting, but FL has the data, and I don't think that anyone else can do it as well as them. I haven't done iOS development or coding in years, and I'm ancient. Not an ideal candidate, probably couldn't keep up with everyone else on a team
Still, it doesn't stop me from making lists of things I'd like to tinker around with, if I had the data. But again, I'd rather see FL deliver because I'd hope they would maintain and support and improve any app like that.

employment seems too tenuous from my perspective. Plus the other "costs". I mean its one thing to pack your family up and move them across the country for a sure thing. Its quite another to pack your family up and move them to the other side of the country for a company with Logos level of employee churn
.
I have 15 years IT experience, and about as many in customer service. I have consulted for fortune 500 companies. All before becoming a pastor a few years back.
I wouldn't want to work there.L2 lvl4 (...) WORDsearch, all the way through L10,

Despite the rumors circulating in the east side of the country, there are people living in the west side of the country.[;)] In fact, when I deliver my grandson back to his dorm after a family event, I could wave at Logos. As I am happily retired, I also am uninterested.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

That thought never crossed my mind. I was thinking about the difficulties of moving cross country with elderly parents remaining in florida. With nieces, and nephews remaining in florida. For an opportunity that might last a year or so before everyone gets fired again. Sour grapes on my part perhaps. But the concert of changes are singing a song with too much dissonance, and the various instruments feel like they are playing out of time. The result is somewhat repulsive.MJ.
