Copy Bible Verses
Often I use the "Copy Bible Verse" feature in Logos (Ctrl-Alt-B), and the verse will import directly into my Word document. However as of today I can copy, but I cannot copy and paste directly. The "Copy and Paste" button is not active.
I have the tool set on Microsoft Word, but I can't get it to work.
I recently updated to Word 2016, is there something I need to do to allow this to work again?

Strange. Its working fine for me on Windows - I've just double-checked
I remember some time ago there was an issue with this on Mac but I don't remember it on Windows.
I'm guessing it is some sort of registry issue.
As a first step I'd reboot your computer and see if that helps.

Can anyone else offer any advice here?
The feature works fine on my laptop running the same version of Word. I'm guessing I have a setting wrong on my office computer; but I have no idea what it is.
It's like Word is not connected to Logos, I can't save a file into a word document either.

Are you running either Logos or Word as administrator (elevated)? That will prevent communication between the two programs. (We recommend that both Logos and Word be run with normal user permissions.)

after uninstalling word and reinstalling everything now works. Thanks
