Difficult for me to see. Maybe (in the interest of theology and science, of course) we should ask some of the Angles who contribute to the forum.

probably not since many feel cherubs were most likely basically a winged Sphinx... The angels who are human like, would they have belly butt s. Do we look like angels or do they assume our shape to make us more comfortable. God creates angels but also creates us as a reading of Psalm 139 would suggest. I realize that this was tongue in check request but the fact is that we do not have a lot of information from the Bible on the nature of all angels and classes of them although we do know that some may be mistaken for humans, others are more frightening and awesome even causing humans to desire to worship them. I am happy to say I don’t know how they look but am sure they are varied and or manifest in many different ways.

I know this started as a tad of humor, But if one were seriously studying the issue, they would have to consider Mark 12:25.

One gets a belly button at birth. Were the angels born outside of marriage?
But I get your point, Dan. God can "paint" them to appear any way He chooses.
