Cannot Access Web App
When I go to the web app page all I see is details of Faithlife Connect, and the sign in button is not giving me a box to sign in.
I have Logos 7 Platinum with full feature set purchased, and used to have access.
Has access now been withdrawn form me, or is there a fault?
I cannot get a signal to use the app on my tablet, so have to rely on an office PC, and really need to access my library today, as I have been asked to work on the Easter service for the school, and need my resources.
I appreciate any help.

Yes, but when I click the sign in button, no box appears to put my details in.
If I go through the Logos site 'front page' and log into my account first, it logs me out when the web app page loads, and still the sign in button does nothing.

do you use a pop-up blocker or adblocker in your browser? This could be a reason,

Strange - I tried it in an incognito window in Chrome and it worked fine.
Mick's suggestion is a good one.

Hi Duncan,
What browser are you using? If I had to guess, perhaps you're using Internet Explorer? Make sure you're using one of the supported browsers (listed near the bottom of the FAQ https://community.logos.com/forums/t/114467.aspx)
