Not sure if this is an issue
For some reason, Logos started indexing after installing the Beta ( 7.14 Beta 1, 7.14.0.0002). After many hours, it is saying 3% complete ... but the number of resources downloaded is only 20 ... mainly the monthly preview and FBOM offerings ...

Known Issues
Indexer
The indexer may crash with an
EndOfStreamException. Workaround: Restart the application and the indexer will be restarted (and should complete indexing normally).This happened to me too. I closed Logos, made sure that all running Logos processes were stopped. When I restarted Logos the indexing finished normally.

These are both the same crash noted as a known issue in the release notes.
The good news is, this has been fixed in beta 2.

I had, as always, read the release notes ... and obviously never thought that it could happen to me! [:$]
Restarting Logos (Mac) did not sort the issue ... restarting the mac itself seems to have done.

This has been fixed in 7.14 Beta 2.

Unfortunately I have updated to Beta 2, and the indexer stalled at 14% (I left it overnight).
Restarting Logos see the indexer still sitting at 14%
I will restart the Mac in a few minutes.

Restarting the mac caused the indexer to start again ... but then it choked at 6%

The crash you originally reported is fixed, but it looks like there's a new (macOS-only) bug in indexing (that we didn't find during internal testing): https://community.logos.com/forums/p/160924/960835.aspx#960835
