All the Logos features without a change in price

Permit me to get the bowling ball rolling. I just got an email from Logos saying the following, "As you’ve probably heard, we recently migrated Logos Now subscribers to a new program called Faithlife Connect. After listening to our customers, we’re moving forward with a new plan that gives Logos Now subscribers access to all the Logos features without a change in price. No action is required on your part to start enjoying these benefits.
In light of this change, we’ve cancelled coupon codes issued in previous emails. We’ll be migrating Logos Now customers to this new level throughout this week and will send you an email once the change is complete. If after experiencing Faithlife Connect you decide it’s not for you, give us a call and we’ll provide a coupon code toward the purchase of a base package, feature set, or library" (End partial quote)
First question: Since I've used my Coupon to buy Logos 7 Full Feature Set, what happens now. Do I lose that or does that remain the same.
And the price doesn't change ... does this mean it goes back to 99.99 or remain at the 199.99. I'm understanding it to mean the former. Please advise.

1st: I'm looking for an answer to that too.
2nd: It remains at $99.99 unless you let it lapsed. See the thread linked in the mail for more info.

Beyond this I have a question when it says "all the benefits": Do we still get the free preview bundles, or is it going to just a single "preview book" as the Connect promotions seem to indicate?

Mine doesn't run out till next November but if they've actually put the price back to 99.99, then I'll probably resubscribe to it again. I'd say this is nothing short of interesting. Will we get nearly 400 postings in this thread as we did another???

You will probably have to call FL directly to find out your options. My understanding is that you have a choice: Do you want to keep what you used with the coupon, or do you want to remain a LN subscriber at the old rate?
As for the price, I am unsure what you mean by "199.99." LN was never that price, that I recall. The price is near $100, but I'll see if I can pull up the response from FL.

If you were happy with Logos Now, this is the same, with no change in price. As a Logos Now subscriber, you are grandfathered into this package and price point.
Bob Pritchett said:If you previously subscribed to Logos Now but had expired/canceled, we will contact you in the next few weeks with a one-time opportunity to re-subscribe at this grandfathered price.

So I cannot obviously have both. If I stay on with LN (have them automatically renew it) then seemingly, I'll have to give up the Logos 7 Full Feature Set.
Secondly what I was asking initially was, if the "same price" meant the 199.99 or if we were going back to the 99.99.
Clearly now I see in another thread that the 199.99 has been dropped back to 99.99. I wouldn't have started this thread had I saw that one started first.
I'm not sure I agree with several encouraging the 99.99 price to be increased. That's jumping the gun a bit and only because of being overwhelmed with what Bob has done.
I do want to join the chorus of appreciation for this change. It is much appreciated!!!

Got ya. You must have been posting this the same time I sent out my post. I think that last quote you gave from Bob seems to answer my question. Check me if I've got it right, e.g. if stay on with LN (renew before November of this year) then I'll have to give up the Coupon & go back to Logos 6.

Is worth a call in to Customer Service. Sometimes when a person swoops on a deal or sale or error in favor of the custome and in error on Logos part they bite the bullet and call it a day. you may be able to do both since you were quick to use it. Wouldn’t hurt to ask.

It seems from another thread, that one or two were able to keep what they purchased with the Coupon while being grandfathered into Faithlife Connect Essentials ... unless I've read it wrong.
But if I do not get a reply back in a bit, I'll take your advice and definitely call. I have an idea after this major turnaround, one could be put on hold for a day or two.

$99.99 if you pay annually.
Else $9.99 per month, if I'm not mistaken.

I don't know about 400 postings but time will tell as it always does.
Mine runs out 11/27/18 and I too will now renew my subscription at that price/benefit point

If you stay with Logos Now, you won't be going back to Logos 6--you will still have access to Logos 7's features.

The Logos 7 Full Feature Set was part of the Now subscription. If you have to give up the ownership you will at least get the Full Feature Set back as part of the new Now subscription for as long as you keep it active
I purchases the starter set last year but relied on Now for the full set.

I'll have to call Home Office to find out what's going on for sure as to ownership of Logos 7. Presently, I'm still showing ownership of Logos 7 Full Feature Set. I suppose it will come down to decision time again if they go back on it. Thanks for the replies.

Hey Boot,
I just emailed my Rep directly and got the answers and assurances I needed. I got replies n a matter of minutes.

Thanks for the reply Marshall. Not sure what the answers & assurances you got but I needed to know whether they were going to go back on the Coupon.
I just got off the phone with them and I was assured I would not be losing Logos 7. In other words, I've got the Logos 7 Full Feature Set and should be automatically reinstated into Faithlife Connect Essentials. I can always re-subscribe from this end anyways and as long as I do that before November of this year, I'm grandfathered in.
I guess this all adds up to a much larger & better package that we had with LN. These guys have definitely made everyone happy campers!

That is the same answer. I only received a $100 coupon which I used to purchase Barnes' Notes on the Old and New Testaments. I din't want to lose that but I was willing to give it up in order to make sure that I get migrated to Connect Essentials (No Library) . I highly recommend getting a Logos Rep and doing all of your interactions through your Rep. Other than the free books and some small purchases I always go through my Rep.
I don't know about everyone but they definitely made me a happy camper.

I sent an email in inquiring about this whole thing but before I got response, as said earlier, I was assured from Home Office I would not be losing my upgrade to Logos 7.
Plus, I received an email assuring me of the same thing. So in the end of the game, I personally came out on top and further ahead than I was before. Putting it altogether, I think there will be a lot of happier campers when the dust all clears on this. :-)
