How do you up date to 4.0b Beta 2 (4.02.3.5022)?

You can't update to beta 2. The beta installer will install the latest beta: 4.0b beta 11 (4.02.3.6685).
But you can get the latest beta if you wish.
After I run the installer I'm assuming that the L4 0a will be replaced? Will I lose any work spaces, note etc and is the beta 11 stable?
