BUG: Focus problem with Floating Window

I'm running Win 7 64 bit, 4 GB Ram.
Steps
- Open resource in Logos.
- Right click on tab and open it in floating window.
- Maximize the floating window
- Use Alt+Tab or the task bar to select another window (usually the main Logos window).
- RESULT: The maximized floating window remains the focus. I need to minimize the floating window to get it to respond normally again.

I can reproduce this on my Windows 7 and Vista systems. It happens even if the floating window isn't maximized, although you can at least click into the main window to make it active.
It does not happen if you right-click on the resource from Library or shortcut bar to open in floating window, however. The difference is that the home page remains open. When you open in a tab first, then float, the home page is closed.
I'll report this.
