On both Kindle Fire 10 (latest generation) & Samsung S7 platforms, a giant new scroll now pops up when I touch the screen in a resource. This scroll bar is so big it hides 2 lines of text on my tablet & phone (whether held in portrait or landscape orientation). Prior comments in this forum have already pointed out how un-useful a scroll bar is. It's just too hard to control moving around in a resource--even on a desktop (never mind a handheld device).
For those of us who can't use the scrollbar, please consider making it optional (yes, I know I can touch the screen again & both it & the menu go away, but I don't want to give up the screen real estate while choosing a menu option).
As a separate issue, the app still takes 1-2 minutes to start. The latest app hasn't stalled, yet, for which I'm thankful. Thanks for any help on startup time.
Grace & Peace,
Bill

Can you add an option to hide the "Resource scrubber for fast navigation?" I'm assuming that is referring to the slider that appears toward the top of the screen. It makes the screen look really busy now and takes up too much space. I'd like to have the other options visible (tabs, library, etc) without having the "scrubber" showing. How many different ways to we really need to navigate the app anyway? Remember we have limited real estate on our smartphone screens. Sometimes less is more.

The option to hide it would be ok, but I'd hate to see this option go. I basically stopped using the mobile app for any book other than the bible when this feature was temporarily removed during the upgrade. It's by far the easiest way to see where you are in a book. If you have a book without page numbers, it's basically the only way.

How many different ways to we really need to navigate the app anyway?
To add some background: Resources like Bibles are fairly easy to navigate since you can use the verse picker. Other resources are more challenging, especially long, non versified resources without a good TOC. This is especially true for edition:e resources. Imagine if you had an 800 page book and the only means to navigate were to turn pages one at a time! That would be fine if you were only ever reading it from front to back! The resource scrubber is an essential feature!
Remember we have limited real estate on our smartphone screens. Sometimes less is more.
Which is why you can tap the screen and eliminate all menus!

Which is why you can tap the screen and eliminate all menus!
I know you can tap the screen, but as I said, I want to be able to see the options like the tab and library buttons without also seeing the "scrubber." I use those menu options a lot and the "scrubber" takes up space and makes the screen look cluttered. It's placement towards the top of the screen draws your eyes toward it which makes it distracting and annoying.
I just want options. I can see how it can be useful for books, but I mostly use the app for the bible so I'd like to be able to hide something I'm likely not to use very frequently.

I am using the Logos App Android Version on a Samsung Galaxy phone. The Notes and highlighting sync fine to desktop but every time I open the book to continue reading on the App the resource opens on first page and I have to scroll down to find where I got to.
Are others having the issue? In the previous version it opened where I had read to (I think! because I don't remember having this issue).

When can we expect interlinear line toggle support on Android? It has been around on iOS for what must be several years, but still available for Android reader apps. Why is this?
Currently, all of my interlinear's are functionally unusable on my Android device.
Carpe verbum.
