Resizing Logos around the Windows touch keyboard?

Is there a way to "pin" the touch keyboard on Windows 10 to make windows (e.g. Logos) resize around it rather than getting covered up by it?
This post is helpful for explaining the basics of how to do markup in Logos on a Windows 10 touchscreen tablet or laptop. But, when regularly marking up a text, it's a bit awkward to have to open the keyboard each time but then close it to read the part of the Logos resource that gets covered when it's open.
If there's some setting that can make Logos could resize around the keyboard, that would be most helpful.
Thank you so much for any suggestions you might have!

I doubt it. Taskbar is the only System area around which app windows normally resize. Can you attach a USB keyboard?

Thanks for the suggestion. I do have a keyboard I can use with it. But, I was hoping to be able to find some way of getting around this issue when using the onscreen keyboard too for times when the physical keyboard isn't hooked up.
