getting books out of Community Pricing

I am working through my library seeing how to make it more useful to me. I have been consulting books that recommend commentaries to identify books I am not familiar with that I need to look at more closely.
One of the books I am using is Spurgeon’s book. I know it’s old, and these writers didn’t have the latest findings in archaeology and manuscripts, but they knew how to feed a person’s soul.
I am finding that many of the books he recommends have been sitting in Community Pricing for years. I would say that too few Bible students today know who these people are or they have been taught that commentaries can easily go out of date.
I would like to see Logos work harder to bring these books to publication. One way is to promote them either through showing Spurgeon’s comments or through personal use and then offering new reviews of them.
If our mission is to help equip the Church to serve Christ better, we need to use all the tools we can, including the great works of the past.
