I just downloaded Literary Approaches to the Bible in the Lexham Methods Series.
Does anyone know what happened to chapter 2? Was the resource released like this, or did they pull the chapter at some point?

This resource is in the update queue to include the finished chapter and any editorial changes made when I was preparing the volume for print (mostly fixing typos). The print edition came out a few weeks ago. The digital update should also get the page number milestones. I'm not sure where it is in the update process, so I can't say when the update will be released. Hopefully soon.
