7.14 SR-1 (7.14.0.0036) is Now Available

To immediately update to the current stable version enter the Update Now command. Otherwise, the app will automatically update the next time it's scheduled to check for updates.

Unfortunately this did not fix my "Atlas problem" Was it intended to fix the Atlas issue I am experiencing?

After installing 7.14 SR-1, the problem is worsening: my atlas is still not working and now my home page is blank.
This is what the system asked when restarting Logos after update:

I clicked Yes and now my homepage is blank. [:(]

We still have an open case for your issue. When we do have a fix it will be posted in the release notes.

The same thing occurred with the beta release (Discussed here https://community.logos.com/forums/t/168398.aspx).
The best thing to do for the time being is to remove them from the sidebar using the gear icon, located in the top right of the homepage.

I too have been having trouble with the Atlas. No maps show up. When I clicked on "open Bing maps" the program locked up and Windows (Ver. 10) asked if I want to shut Logos down since it has quit working. The Atlas feature in Logos 7 appears to be the culprit. Hope you can fix it.

Hi Warren,
I'm not able to reproduce this crash. Can you do the following:
- Start a new thread describing your problem.
- Enable logging (see the link in my post's signature for instructions).
- Then reproduce the problem, please include screenshots in the post of any dialog menus or messages you get.
- Zip the entire log folder and upload it to your new thread.
- Also please include the specific map you were trying to open in Bing maps.
This will help us narrow down what is going on.

Thank you for offering your help. I managed to restore the homepage by "repairing" Logos via Control Panel. The only remaining problem is the Atlas (still not working). I've already attached my logs.
