Need app to show only Hebrew text
Hey guys, since one of the last updates every time I click on a passage from the Old Testament it shows both the Hebrew text and the English translation (like in the picture). does anyone knows how I can change it so it will show just the Hebrew text without the English?

a quick update about the issue: I found out that when I remove Lexham Hebrew Bible from my phone it shows me only Hebrew text (like I desire) but when I download it it starts showing me both the Hebrew and the English text (like in the picture on my first post). is it some kind of a bug?

I think so.
I can reproduce it with the LHB downloaded but it doesn't happen on iOS.
So it looks like an Android specific bug to me but would need someone from Faithlife to confirm

Hi Avi, we appreciate your patience as we looked into this issue. It was found to be a bug and appears to be fixed in the beta version of our app. We hope to ship this fix out in the coming week so watch your Play Store for any updates that may be pushed out for this!! Hey Carla, I received the latest update and it did solve the English-Hebrew bug, but now there's another issue - the Hebrew text is going from left to right instead of right to left. could you look into it?

Hi Avi,
I am sorry to hear about this issue of the Hebrew text appearing left-to-right . Our development team was able to reproduce this (it happens on both iOS and Android) so we have created a case now and are looking into this further. I apologize that because this is a new case, we do not have an ETA on the fix. Just watch the release notes on future updates to see if we have addressed this issue in the update.

hey Carla,
On the latest app update it was mentioned that the bug of "Reversed reference text when using the scrubber with Hebrew resources" was fixed, but the problem in Android still exists. when I have reference text from LHB the text is still from left to right...

Not sure what is meant by scrubber, but if it relates to your bug it is definitely fixed in the latest beta 0526

yeah, it relates to the bug I mentioned in the post from March 22. if it's fixed on the latest beta then I will wait for the official update. thanks Dave!

I just received the latest update yesterday, and the bug is still there. as you can see, the Hebrew text in the preview goes from left to right instead of right to left: [:S]

I received the latest Android 6.4.0 and the text is right to left (using the exact same reference). Can you confirm that version in Help?

I have the same version. I wonder what the problem is. I've tried to re-install the app but the bug still exist =\

Does it do the same in the Desktop application?
Try resetting your favourite bible (LHB) in the Desktop application i.e. LHB --> another bible, then back to LHB.
