Calvin Commentary Problems

The new commentaries look great. Just a couple of issues:

The titles are not consistent:

Three: John, 1 & 2 Corinthians, and Genesis start with 'Calvin's Commentaries' the others do not (better in my opinion)

Not all have been placed in the Calvin's Commentaries series:

Ezekiel, John, 1 & 2 Corinthians, and the volume on Timothy, Titus, and Philemon are not tagged for the series.

The another annoyance is that you can't drag multiple resources into 'Hidden resources'. Perhaps a need for a right-click "Hide this resource" option?

How many times has this been brought up? I don't think Logos has ever told us this is in the pipeline. Sure hope so.

The biggest annoyance is some guys get the download first while others [:S] are just staring at their Pre-Pub page asking, "How long?".. You'd think the higher the price paid, the sooner the download.....[;)]

Sounds like a little cleanup will be necessary on the type-ing and titling.

I don't think they've processed the orders yet. I've just received the old Calvin's commentaries. My prepub is still not shipped, and I haven't received any of the other resources in the bundle yet.

The titles appear to match the volume title pages, I guess that's workable. And I can't located Calvin: Commentaries edited by Joseph Haroutunian. Was this included in the upgrade or what am I missing?

I don't think the Haroutunian resource will be available until they've processed all the pre-pub orders. Watch out for an email in your inbox confirming they've done it.

Not more than a minute after I posted that, it downloaded...not sure why it didn't load with the commentaries, but that ok.

I called customer service and they were able to process my order immediately (after being on hold for about 20 minutes).

How do you know if you have got the upgrades? I got the mail and unlocked (I'm using Logos 3) and they downloaded. However, they look just the same as before.

Actually I have asked customerservice if I had the right Calvin's Com. - I got them from Galaxie's history collection - but they said I should be allright. But now I doubt since there doesn't seem to be any difference.

The email I received only included the link to the Haroutunian book, and this is all that's downloaded under L4 - rather than the 46 volumes I was expecting to upgrade (my current version may be Galaxie Software, I'm not sure - having built up a library gradually over the last 15+ years, I've lost track of what I got when and where). Hopefully this is a glitch somewhere...
