I hope this post is not too silly but here goes: When I watch a training video from Logos, the speed of the speech is so great I cannot concentrate on what is being said. Can anyone please advise me how I slow down the speech?

No genuine question is too silly.
If you're watching the video in Logos, at the bottom of the video you'll see the bar where you can play/pause, etc. Right next to the play button it should say "1x" for normal speed. You probably have it at "1.4x" or "2x". Keep clicking this text until it returns to "1x".
