In general no - although the ESV and LEB do have audio enabled.

Graham answered rightly, but for clarification: The "read aloud" feature on mobile is limited to audio books... there is a work around, however, if you want to experiment with accessibility features of your device.

Depends on your mobile OS.
For iOS: Settings > General > Accessibility > Speech > Speak Screen (or Speak Selection).

Not as of yet, but if logos gets more feedback to add this option at the link below it should be added.

It would be great to have this feature of read aloud in apps! Surprised this hasn't been a requested feature....

Happy to see this request is in "In Progress" status and has been merged with a bunch of similar requests, and has so far garnered 77 votes in support. Can't wait for this feature within Logos Mobile App!
