Reading progress not updating in iPad Logos app

Since purchasing a new iPad about six months ago, my reading progress (as indicated by blue bars in the circles next to book covers in the Library view) has not been updating in the Logos app. Previous reading I did on my old iPad is shown, but not reading I've done on the new one. Is anyone else having this problem?

Hey Simon! Reading Progress should sync like any other form of sync data, but there are some unique restrictions with reading progress. For reading progress to sync correctly, the following must be fulfilled:

    1. Make sure both mobile and desktop have a solid internet connection
    2. Close the resource on Mobile
    3. Update the resource location on Desktop
    4. Close the resource window on Desktop
    5. Sync Desktop by tapping the circular sync icon at the top right
    6. Sync mobile by putting the app in the background and back to the foreground
    7. Open the resource on Mobile
    8. Wait a minute and see if it synced to the correct location

As long as the above is covered, progress should sync just fine.

Many thanks for the response, Brandyn.

The problem doesn't seem to be related to syncing. Reading that I do on my new iPad doesn't register on books on my iPad.

Also, I was able to access videos in a course that I had subscribed to in Logos Mobile Ed Subscription for several weeks after the subscription had expired. I not sure if that's a related issue.

Requiring this much attention means this is not a working solution. It should update the reading programs so long as...

    1. is true and

    8. Is true.

    You should not need 2-7.
