Well, before pursuing this any farther, I suppose I should make sure the survey I have in mind is the same one others are referring to. I made an assumption the OP had the Carta Jerusalem survey in mind. If it's a different survey, maybe I missed it and the code is not valid for me.

Are we talking the Carta survey at https://community.logos.com/forums/t/165026.aspx?PageIndex=1 ?

If so, are there restrictions as to the resources to which the code can be applied? When I enter THANKS10 in the code box, it automatically gets moved from the code box to just under the code box and does not change the cost of the order.

Correct Jordan, codes are not supposed to be shared. But I also tried the code provided and it worked as I was comfortable I had participated in the survey and I believe FL linked the code to our accounts so if we had not completed it, the code would not have worked.

Theoretically, yes. However, as others have testified in this thread (and in another thread), they completed the survey, tried the code posted here, and it didn't work. That is certainly my experience.

I doubt at this point an email will come. if you did the survey, you should try purchasing with the code that was given in this thread. I did that and it worked. There was also a message thanking me for the survey. I assume those that did the survey are on a special list and the code will work for you. If the code does not work, then you would have to contact FL

Hold on to it for L8 and you will likely loose it. L8 will have it's on introductory savings worth more than this code if what has happend in the past holds true. Companies generally issue codes in order to increase their current sales results. The goal is to gain incremental sales they would not otherwise not have got if they hadn't issued the code. It is easier for them to measure success of the campaign by having a time limit on the usage of the code.

I can't be sure as I never received an email either, but I would tend to go with Paul's suggestion that the code need's to be used during May.
