New: Offline Greek and Hebrew Word Lookup (required downloaded Lexicons) [Doesn't work]
I'm trying to use the offline word lookup feature and I cannot figure out how to do it. I'm using 6.4.0 on iPhone X. I have all 8000+ resources downloaded on my phone. When I go offline, and I do a word lookup it opens up ASBN and not a lexicon. When I'm offline, it does open the lexicon's that I've prioritized, but not when I'm offline. Any help or direction would be appreciated.

What resource are you doing the lookup in? It works only in Greek and Hebrew Bibles with embedded morphology. It doesn't work on English (or other) Bibles with reverse interlinears yet. That's on the list for a future release.

I was using NKJV and others.
It works only in Greek and Hebrew Bibles with embedded morphology.
That's good to know...I've spent too much time trying to figure it out. Just tested it with the Lexham Hebrew Bible, the septuagint and the Greek NT with morphology and it works great. It's not exactly what I want, but it's much better. I'll have to read this with English side by side since my Hebrew and Greek need a lot of help.

Fantastic...this is what I really want. This will be great. Thanks so much for your quick reply.

That is the first time I have heard it is only for Greek and Hebrew Bibles with embedded morphology. The release notes did not state that fact. This is signficant information about the limitations of the usage of this feature and it was not made clear. That’s FL for you.

I haven't kept track of release notes but Phil did refer to this limitation at https://community.logos.com/forums/p/162637/964543.aspx#964543

For me as well, although I have not been beta testing. The release notes simply stated:
New
- Offline Greek and Hebrew Word Lookup (requires downloaded Lexicons)It is fine to me that this feature isn't available for English resources (yet), but it would have been very helpful to state such from the beginning!

You are right, he did!
5. Offline. All of this works offline!
Note: 1–3 work in English (and other) Bibles with reverse interlinear alignments, but #5 doesn't yet.
However, it should have been clear in the release notes!

Thanks for pointing out Phil’s post last week as it gives even more detail. I missed that one but still that was long after feature was released.

Sorry - but I don't understand
Phil's post was in March - I think before the beta was available generally.

My apologies Graham, I thought it read May not March, it’s night here and I’m reading on my phone. I should have zoomed in to check the date. Either way I do not recall seeing this and it was it connected with the release notes which is what I and most people would turn to for information about a new feature.

No problem - I just wanted to clear it up
the release notes which is what I and most people would turn to for information about a new feature.

I spent over six hours not the phone, and research trying to find a way to make it work. I did do a forums search at last but I didn't find any information until this thread. I'm glad that Phil was able to provide what I needed, however, you are right the at the release notes were not clear.

That's a great link. I didn't find it in my search, but it was exactly what I needed. It also gives good ways to use it.
