How do I Set Language to Spanish on...

I was wondering how to create an icon on the quick access bar to be able to set the language to Spanish and then create another icon to quickly set the language back to English.

I tried dragging and dropping the Spanish option on the program settings, but somehow is not working.

Does anybody remember how to do this? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

In the English UI, type the commands "set language to English" and "set language to Spanish" in the command box, then drag the command (that appears in the drop-down list) to the shortcuts bar.
