I have every intention of testing under WINE when I can but since beta one demands having v3 installed (which will not happen under WINE or Crossover) we'll have to wait at least until beta 2 and then, step back I intend to do everything I can to figure out how v4 can work on Linux. :-)
Wanna help? ;-D
Sarcasm is my love language. Obviously I love you.
We'll see how it goes Jerry, I think we're going to have to wait until we have a minimum an installer that can run without relying upon Logos 3, but with a proposed update already expected to come down the pipe on Monday or Wednesday it could be good. :-)

I did see a screenshot last night with someone claiming to have gotten Logos 3 running under Wine. I'll see if I can find it again if you like, though it didn't provide any useful details.
I got the first stage installer to work, but the second stage just hung for me. Perhaps there are other prequisites that are needed?
I did get it to install once, but I had to cheat with some kind of IE installer. Sadly I can't remember how. I've never been able to repeat a Linux install since with v3.

I would loved to be totally smashed on the type of WINE Pastor Thomas is talking about!
I can help, Thomas but I have no idea of what to do. I have Ubuntu, I like it, and know I cannot use Logos with it. So I may be of no help at all.
