Sync between Android app and iPad app.

Thanks, in advance for your help. When I log in to either my iPad or my Android Logos app (same account name), I do not see the documents/highlights from the other device in the directory within the app. Is this expected, or am I doing something wrong? I frequently take notes on my phone at church, but then would like to review/edit/expand them during the week at home. It is challenging to do without being able to pull up highlights and notes on my iPad.

    Welcome! [:)]

For clarification: By "same account name," you mean the same email address, right?

The notes & highlights will need to download to the device first, which can take some time.

How is your internet availability at church? It is possible that the notes weren't able to sync at the time.

    Yes, same email address.

I don’t see that my notes have synced, even 4 days later, even after being on my home network for a period of time.

Please check if notes are enabled in your resources on the iPad

    1. When you have a resource open tap it and then tap the three vertical dots icon at the top right
    2. Tap "View settings" from the dropdown menu
    3. Check the Notes setting under the "This Resource" section

Also can you check if notes you take on your iPad are appearing on your Android device?
