Highlights from Commentary not syncing

I have been reading & highlighting on an iPad and just noticed my highlights are not syncing from iPad. I have restarted both machines. Any other option?

Note: I'm using ios12 public beta on iPad...this could be the issue. Tech support walked me through all they knew...no dice.

Can you provide more details? We don't know what you have tried. Some thoughts/suggestions:
- Have you checked https://documents.logos.com to verify that the highlight in fact did NOT sync with the servers?
- Did you check the correct note document on desktop to make sure the highlight note is not there?
- Did you make sure the visual filter menu for the correct document is turned on?
- Have you killed the mobile app and restarted the device?

Yep. I done all that. Thanks. My iPhone and MacPro are working with updating highlights (both from CPU and to CPU). I have called tech support and just sent log files from iPad.
