Where do you go to download the latest Beta? I was wondering if Beta 12 was the latest.

Yes, B12 is the latest. If you have it installed it will automatically update when B13 is released (or rather hopefully RC-1 [:)]). Also keep an eye on the Beta forum an announcement is usually posted there when a new one is released.
