When referencing a whole Bible chapter (it may be limited to just Psalms) I see what is below.
Is there a reason that "Title" appears instead of "1?"
EDIT: Hi Tim, welcome to the Logos user forums! /EDIT
The reason is that some bibles - including the ESV as per your screenshot - count the psalm verses from the beginning of the poetic stanza (here, verse 1 begins with "Preserve me"), the information prior to that ("a Miktam of David") is not in verse 1, but before verse 1 and thus called "title". So the psalm has first a title, then verse 1.
Thanks for the reply. Is there a way to change that?
So that is says "Verse 1" instead of "Title"
Why would that be desirable? What currently is called verse 1 is verse 1 in the ESV, in every citation everywhere. And what is prior to verse 1 is called title (it could have been called verse 0, but it isn't). Other bibles will count differently and have the title as (part of) verse 1, but the ESV doesn't. And I don't think there's a way to make Reftagger show it different than in the bible used - and actually I don't think it should be shown differently.
