By "link" do you mean create a link set (so that a commentary follows a bible, for example)? If so, the answer is yes. While viewing the tabs, click on the chainlink icon.

Thanks. That was easy and I am anxious to try it. Do you know if it will go across the various platforms, ipad, iphone, etc?

The same functionality is available on each platform but link settings don't sync between them - so you will need to set it up on each
