Sorry to hear you are having problems.
I note you are running an out of date version (7.14 SR1) of the software with the current stable release being 7.16
I suggest as a first step that you update the software - enter the command "update now" in the command bar at the top - and see if the problem remains after that. If so, please post a new set of logs.

You seem to be linking Passage Guide to Exegetical Guide and NKJV bible, ESV bible, NASB95, NIV2011, NRSV and Commentary Critical and Explanatory on the Whole Bible! So are you entering this passage in the GO box on the Home page or directly into the Passage Guide?
The NKJV has a multi-view with Barnes Commentaries; which may affect things. Does it crash with other passages?
You might be better to customise a Passage Guide without SermonAudio, Graceway, Cross Reference sections or any ,com sections. Call it My Passage Guide and retry Jn 1.1 from the Home Page.
I'm putting it into the Go Box right next to the Logo's eblem. When I punch other scriptures it it works fine. As far as linking, i'm not sure. I don't remember setting up links, but that doesn't mean I didn't.

ok so it didn't crash that time, but then when I clicked on John 1:1-2 The Diety of Christ, it crashed again.
It also crashed when I entered JOhn 1:1 in the passage guide even after turning off all the Bible tabs in my layout.

Try it after customising the Passage Guide as I indicated (I think the problem is with one of the sections I named). Just try it with the customised PG rather than the home page.
how can I get rid of the links? Everytime I start it up it always wants to use all those resources.
It still crashes even when those resources are not active.
