I've clicked the prioritize button sever times but cannot get it to disappear. I cannot pull up my library because the prioritize panel comes up.
It might be helpful to see a screenshot to determine what’s happening.
You can upload a screenshot to the forum by replying, then clicking on the paper clip icon in the toolbar.
Also please let us know what version of Logos, and of the operating system.
Greetings William and welcome to the forums. I hope we can sort something out.
Just to make sure that we have the problem understood correctly here is a screen shot of my library panel.
When I open the Library Panel the 'Prioriize' button gains this sort of blue highlight. A second click on the word 'Prioritize' (don't worry about the odd spelling) makes the Priority Panel disappear.
Admittedly I am using a Beta version of Logos on my iMac OS 10 13 6 with Logos version 17.07.0.0020.
Please let us know if this is not what you are experiencing and the details of your set up.
Thanks, Mike, but clicking the prioritize button again does not make the panel disappear. However, I've found if I move the cursor slightly to the left and click on the small down arrow I get a choice of what to view. Here I can choose all resources and once again see my library.
Try closing Logos and powering off your computer then reopen your program.

Well William you seem to have found a workaround but not a solution. However I am glad that you have found a way to continue working.
If you are a Windows user the Beloved's suggestion seems to be the default first step with that OS. If it doesn't provide a solution you will need to parcel up your logs and let some of the technical folk have a look at them.
