The September code is not working on this resource

I'm very sorry for the mix-up and the delay; this has been corrected. Please feel free to browse September's Originals at https://ebooks.faithlife.com/originals to redeem your code.
Thanks for the quick response Natalie, confirming it is now working.
It evidently is not corrected on every product because it is still not working for me on this product: https://ebooks.faithlife.com/products/144068/the-trinity-and-martin-luther
That's odd. After Natalie posted that the issue was fixed, I was able to use the Original coupon with that specific book.
It's possible that something broke again, but would you also please check and make sure you're using the Original free book code, rather than the Classic free book code?
You could also try locating the book through the logos store and try the code at the logos checkout.
I tried that. Same result.
Yes, I am using the correct code. I just tried it again and it still doesn't work. The coupon code shows up as soon as I load it into my cart, but the price remains $24.99.
Just a thought (assuming you are a valid Connect member and the system recognizes your current mail address as such): Is it possible you used the code already on another resource in September? This would fit the screenshots you shared, I think. You may want to check your order history - maybe you used the code inside an order for Sept monthly deals.
Calling Customer Service may be the next step to help you.
I'm not sure what you're implying (if you are implying anything) but using a coupon I'm not entitled to or trying to use a coupon twice would be dishonest.
(1) I got the code from the monthly email that I receive as a Connect customer (paid for the whole year up front as I assume everyone does). I use that same email address to log in and my name is clearly there at the top of the page so presumably the system recognizes my email.
(2) Had I used the coupon on another book in a different order, I wouldn't be on here asking why it didn't work a second time because I would know why it doesn't work. I would be openly admitting to the dishonesty on an internet forum owned by the same company I was trying to defraud.
Again, maybe you didn't intend to imply that I was simply being dishonest, but that's what I took from it.
Here's what happened: I received the monthly email, left it in my inbox because I didn't have time to look at it on Saturday, and opened it yesterday, on the Monday holiday, to shop. The code did not work at that time and it still doesn't work. That is the only activity I have had with this coupon. The screenshot above is consistent with what has happened every time I have tried to use it including the very first time.
I think it was an innocent question merely to eliminate another possibility why the code didn't work. (The same possibility occurred to me, but I didn't raise the question.) I don't believe anything was meant to be implied or suggested by anyone. We're just trying to help [:)]
If FL doesn't reply today, you might want contact customer service, as suggested. They should be able to help process your order, and also possibly resolve why the code is no longer working for that specific resource.
Again, sorry for the inconvenience!

yep. And I think it happened before to myself, trying to use a code that I already used before. No implications, just trying to help.

even if they can't solve the riddle of the code (but maybe they can), they should be able to get you the book.
My apologies, then, NB.Mick. I posted on here rather than simply calling customer service because Logos has long said that the forums are the first place to go with issues and I saw a post addressing the same issue I was having.
