Hello Bob,
Currently this isn't possible in the program. What you would want to do is multi-select your slides, right-click and "Save as Images". With the slides exported as images, you can import those into PowerPoint.

Would there be any difference in quality of saved images by saving them from online document for the presentation?

Are you referring to saving it from https://documents.logos.com?
I don't think it's much of a difference. Saving it from online will save it as a .jpeg image, versus in Proclaim it will be saved as a .png image. The Proclaim image will be of a little bit larger of a dimension (and file size).
