Beta 12: Only Calvin 500 indexed.

Wiki Bug: No Bible search results after rebuilding index.
I did a fresh install of Logos 4, running 32 bit Vista under VMware. After doing this, the Bible search is returning no results, regardless of the query. Forcing a manual rebuild of the index doesn't help.
Hmm. It actually looks to be a bit more subtle than this: it looks like the indexing is only indexing Calvin 500. I'll find the logging info and investigate further.
In case it helps, what I did was
a) Install Logos 4
b) Receive the notification that Calvin 500 was available for download, with a Logos 3 upgrade file.
c) Try update now in Logos 4, without success.
d) Install Logos 3, get the Logos website to email me a license backup file, install that and install the Calvin 500 backup file.
e) Backup licenses to the Logos server
f) Update now from Logos 4 again.
I wonder if this sequence somehow messed up the indexer.
Melissa already marked this as 'invalid' in the wiki, but didn't say why, so I'm posting here in the hope of getting more feedback,

Hi Nigel,
I should have indicated why it was marked invalid. Since there wasn't any indication that resources were ever downloaded to Logos 4 after doing a fresh install, or that you had restarted Logos 4 after unlocking the Calvin 500 collection so that Logos 4 would recognize the new license and download its resources, it seemed more of a case of missing resources than a problem with indexing.
Could you provide more information about whether you can access your resources, including those from the Calvin 500 collection, from the Library in Logos 4?
Thanks,

Hi Melissa.
Logos 4 didn't download resources because I had copied them from the old virtual machine to the new one. I'm able to open them just fine; they just weren't getting indexed.
I did also close and reopen Logos 4, so there was no problem there.
I seem to have found a workaround this morning. I deleted all of the files in the LibraryIndex directory, as suggested in another thread. I'm now seeing the log file saying that all resources are being indexed.
Unfortunately, I didn't snapshot the virtual machine before doing this, so I can't easily rollback and give you more info. I could do another install if you'd like to follow this up further.

There may have been some more steps you needed to do since you copied them from the other location. This wiki page has more information for future reference: http://wiki.logos.com/Quick_Installation_onto_multiple_computers. Thanks.
