I realize it's apparently not Faithlife's fault...

For various reasons, I had to restart my iPad from factory settings. The only reason I even have an Apple product (I really dislike their peer-pressure-marketing gimiks, and lies about "new technology") is to run the Logos Bible Software app.
Apparently, since my older iPad doesn't support the latest iOS, I am out of luck. I can't install it at all . This is very sad. I am a "beyond collectors" user on my computer, but (used to) use it on the iPad a couple times a week.
Now, I have no option without buying more hardware, apparently. Works great on my android phone, but too small for continued use and study-time. this is very (VERY) frustrating. wish there was a way to be able to install an older app on the iPad.

Also older Kindle (Amazon) units also do not support the latest Android OS so others are also out of luck as Logos requires the newer OS.
To ask why they do not update the older units would not be Christian.

It is my understanding that the App Store should have the “last compatible” version for you to download. Are you saying that the App Store on this device doesn’t have a copy for you?
There is one more possibility... if someone you trusted had a backup of an old version, it is possible that you may be able to install it that way. FL may or may not be able to assist.
Which specific version of iOS are you running? Which specific device?

iPad with version 9x iOS, the logos apps all require version 10x, and there are no previous versions of the Logos apps available in the app store that I was able to find or search for.0 -
See if the instructions in the linked article help. I believe the key is to use the "purchased" section of the store.

yes, I see that this should work. my only problem is that when I factory reset the system, I used what I thought was the right registration login, but isn't. don't even know what it was before.

A Password Manager can help keep track of login details for different sites/companies.

Thanks to FL for including Carta and a Hebrew audio bible in Logos 9!
