How do you cite Libronix articles in research papers, now that the articles are part of logos software. The following is how I did footnotes in the past.

Arnold Fruchtenbaum, “Israelology: Part 3 of 6” Chafer Theological Seminary Journal Vol. 5:4 (September 1999; 2002): 39. available from The Theological Journal Library, vol. 1-5, [CD-ROM] (Garland: Galaxie Software, ©2000-2006).

Program Settings has many choices for Citation Style plus "Copy Citation". Two examples copied from page 39 with citation and pasted into Forum reply have ref.ly hyperlink with article, which can be used in Logos & Verbum applications plus web apps: Logos => https://app.logos.com & Verbum => https://app.verbum.com

The fifth evidence is that 1 Corinthians 10:32 distinguishes the same three groups (Jews, Greeks, and the Church) from each other. Since this contrast comes well after the establishment of the Church, all three groups coexist simultaneously.

The Use of Israel in the New Testament

The term Israel occurs 73 times in the New Testament referring each time to national ethnic Israel. It may refer to Jews in general or believing Jews in particular, but it is always ethnic Jews. It never refers to the Church.

Logos.com has product page => Chafer Theological Seminary Journal, Volume 5 (right side shows inclusion in many bundles) while Verbum.com , Noet.com , and Faithlife eBooks do not have this product. A product example that is available in three web stores by Faithlife Corporation

I am sorry for not making my issue clear. I know how to cite a footnote. My issue is, how do I cite "The Theological Journal Library" that was once the property of (Garland: Galaxie Software, (c) 2000-2006)? Within any new citation of this software, what information do I replace this line with, in relationship to the new owner, IE Logos Software.

As a non-academician, personally would cite Faithlife Corporation product availability from Logos.com website. Noticed product page does not mention Galaxie (so Faithlife Corporation has contractual agreement for Chafer Theological Journals).

Old CD-ROM had one software application (Libronix) for its use. Currently Faithlife Corporation publishes many apps & applications for using resource (with highlighting, notes, reading position, ... synced across devices).
