I'm currently having issues sync'ing my account via L7 Windows. The Logos Status page says all operational but my wheel keeps spinning. Everything else internet wise at my house seems to be working
Time 20:44 CST
Logs will tell us what isn't syncing ---> https://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging
This was on Windows 10 last night. I'll submit the logs shortly. From what I remember it synced the first time last night fine but I forgot to do something and quickly reopened, did some tagging in my library and then closed again. It was at this point the sync just kept running and never finished.
Thank you
I noticed several error files in my documents folder and I did a session of logging. Thanks for your help

I noticed that I have a notes file on my ipad that isn't on my computer. It was a recent book I purchased and it contains highlights. I'm guessing this file is what seems to be the issue. Question is, how do I fix it? Delete my notes file?
It seems that notes file finally came through but still having sync issues so no idea
Now everything seems to be synced so I have no idea what the issue was
I will say that I seem to be having weird slowdown issues with faithlife sites and syncing. Not sure if this is a router issue, network, provider, etc
I noticed several error files in my documents folder and I did a session of logging.
It wasn't run for long enough to establish syncing (need at least 5 minutes). There was a timeout when closing; which points to a server performance issue that Faithlife have been working on.
A lot of errors concern resource LLS:9781629989426 in the context of a Reading Plan (paste the whole LLS id into the Command box to get the resource title). If it is a Personal Book, I suggest you rebuild it, otherwise force a download by hiding it, then un-hiding it.
There were some warnings on some lengthy collection rules e.g.

Wow! Thanks
