I'd like Ernst Käsemann's Commentary on Romans to be available in Logos.

. . . ahhhh, yes, the "Cheese Man." In the eyes of some, the fact that he is not Swiss does not dissuade them from charging: "his theology is full of holes!"

I agree about his theology (more like anthropology), but some of his comments are quite insightful nonetheless. Also what about Schnackenburg's 3-volume commentary on John? It's light-years better than Brown's Anchor Bible Commentary which many rave about, though IMHO reading Brown is like wading through treacle.

While I am sure I don't agree with him on a lot, i was merely having fun with his name, which literally means "Cheese Man"

I have had Schnackenburg for about 2 decades longer than Brown. I like Schnackenburg, but I can't see how he is [I]years ahead . . .

Kasemann would be a great addition to Logos. When I preached through Romans a few years ago I used E.K.'s commentary to great use, but I got much better use of Cranfield's ICC commentaries. Top of the line!

No doubt. But if I want to read Käsemann references in context, there's no better resource than Käsemann. [:P]
