It depends upon what you mean by "add." You can't add other documents or ebooks to Logos directly. You can, however, create "personal books" using the "personal book builder." Here is the wiki article on personal books: https://wiki.logos.com/Personal_Books
The TL;DR version: You can add other documents or ebooks if they are in a Microsoft Word (.docx) format. To add them, you will "compile" the document using the "personal book builder" (PBB) tool.

One can get very complex and add all the bells and whistles that Logos adds to its works.
Or one can just do the minimum: Set font to Times New Roman and set to size 12. One also wants to replace all end of lines [special: end of line] to end of paragraph [Special: paragraph mark]. Then replace all end of paragraph to space end of paragraph so that there are no blank lines in the DOCX file.
Have fun. Please note that none of those personal books can be used on a mobile device.

I would just note that if you save your "docx" in One Drive then you will always have access on your mobile device (phone).

Not to interfere... but in Logos 10... if you have a sermon in a .docx file then you can import it into Logos Sermon Manager... here are the instructions for that - Import Sermons
But normal files (Not Sermons) are like JT was saying....
xn = Christan man=man -- Acts 11:26 "....and the disciples were first called Christians in Antioch".
