I'm reading The Orthodox Church History. I'm done with the 1st part (Formation and Struggles, Part 1: The Birth of the Church AD 33–200 by Veselin Kesich). The Second Part starts from the year 450-680. (Imperial Unity and Christian Divisions: The Church AD 450–680 by John Meyendorff) . Does anyone know where I can find the History of the Eastern Church from 200-450 ? Thanks.

No problem! Last I heard, the author slated to write that volume passed away, and they're having to contract a new contributor to finish it.
