Unless there are two Peter T. O'Briens (cf. https://community.logos.com/forums/t/131361.aspx), I don't think I did. But my brain has been lethargic lately, so it's possible.
FWIW, it'll be a long time before I'd even contemplate a quibble about getting a foreword by O'Brien.
Btw, I didn't mean to imply anything about this other than it was interesting to me that his name has come up in another context.
