Why do I lose all formatting (Bullets, Heading Level, etc.) when I paste my notes from The Sermon Editor (Logos 7) into the Notes tab of a slide?
Andy, we don't have a converter hooked up to handle the Sermon Editor formatting when pasting into Proclaim notes. It's something we should improve but in in the meantime have you tried exporting your sermon from Logos 7 to Proclaim using the Export feature? The notes should be included, along with at least some of the formatting.
Hi Scott
The notes should be included, along with at least some of the formatting.
I tried that earlier and, as far as I could see, most (if not all) of the formatting disappeared. Bulleted lists remained but that was all I could see

Right, Proclaim Notes don't support headings or block quotes so those will not be preserved. It's something we've talked about for the future.
Yes, I have tried this, and it does bring over a bit more formatting.
However, Slide editing and arrangement then becomes an issue. I need to spend a great deal of time redoing slides, plus the Onscreen Bible is not supported in the export. (In fact if the OSB could be embedded in the slide text, like you are able to with a bible slide "[[Ge 1:1]]" that would be an awesome Proclaim feature.) Overall it is not satisfactory to my needs.
The easiest fix for my workflow would be to have the formatting of my Notes from the Logos 7 Sermon Editor transfer directly over to the Notes tab of a Proclaim slide - including prompts and scripture references, which seem to me to be an important part of presenting.
I have tried Exporting to Word and copy/paste from there, with similar results.
