I think I've had this issue before - the CCLI Song Select link seems to be broken and I don't see how to relink it. I tried accessing the Proclaim help on my iMac, and it doesn't seem to be working - I also tried searching the forum and came up with nothing - which I thought was odd...
When I click on the View song usage reports, I get nothing. When I click Link your accounts, Song Select is there, and it gives the option to remove - but I'm afraid to click it.

You might verify that your CCLI account is still active, and the password correct, by logging into CCLI from a web browser. This will eliminate CCLI account issues as a part of the problem.
Do you remember your Song Select account information? If so, I would go ahead and hit remove, and then re-enter your account information. As Michael said, verify your account on CCLI's website as well, but sometimes a re-linking resolves issues like this.
