I just purchased some books from the Memorial Day Sale, including this one:

It's not downloading though. It keeps downloading endlessly, and if I cancel the download, it keeps cancelling endlessly.

My DOWNLOAD button would not DOWNLOAD TDNT. I tried this solution and it worked. It took several minutes to find the DATA file but eventually I did.

Rename the Downloaded folder, which is in your /Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/{random}/ResourceManager folder

Thanks JT and Dave! I did find the hidden folder, renamed Downloaded to oldDownloaded, restarted Logos...
Logos downloaded the resources I 'bought' (free Book etc of the Month) today, BUT did NOT download the resources I bought yesterday (Lutheran Bronze). Still, I have to download each resource after opening by clicking on the blue [download now] button. (Note: download now is on yes, starting downloads automatically is on yes too.)

I tried all of these steps but it still does not download the resource.
Every once in a while, that happens to me, and it usually clears up once it goes through an indexing cycle. You can try typing "rebuild index" in the go box and see if a re-index process solves the problem.

Since this is the Logos 8 Desktop App forum, and Logos 8 is no longer supported, I suggest upgrading to Logos 9 (for free) if you haven't done so already, and then starting a new thread in the Logos 9 Dekstop App forum if you continue having difficulties.
